Dylan Marchingo is the founder of MarcTech, an Australian AI research and development group based on the Gold Coast.
He is a licensed mortgage broker and the principal of Marchingo Financial, and serves as Chief Technology Officer across a group of Australian professional services businesses spanning finance, property and advisory.
His work sits at the intersection of applied AI engineering and regulated industry — designing and shipping production systems in environments where an incorrect output is a compliance event, not an inconvenience. That constraint shapes how MarcTech approaches evaluation, auditability and escalation design: the standard is not whether a system performs well in a demonstration, but whether the decisions it makes can be defended afterwards.
