An Australian AI research and development company, based on the Gold Coast, that takes intelligent systems from first-principles research to deployed production software.
MarcTech exists to close the gap between what AI can do in a demonstration and what it can be trusted to do in production. The company researches, designs and engineers its own platforms — AI systems, automation pipelines and data infrastructure — rather than assembling off-the-shelf parts, and carries each of them through to deployed, monitored, production-grade software.
That end-to-end ownership is deliberate. From idea to infrastructure, one team holds the entire delivery chain — no fragmented handoffs, no diluted accountability — and the same team that architects a system answers for how it behaves in production.

Every engagement opens with the problem, not the technology. We map the operational landscape, the constraints, and the strategic objective before proposing anything — because a system designed for the wrong problem fails no matter how well it is engineered.
Architecture & Design
The system is architected and blueprinted before a line of code is written: data flows, integration points, failure modes, and the boundaries of what the AI is — and is not — trusted to decide.
Build & Integrate
Development runs in agile cycles with rigorous testing, and integration with existing systems is treated as first-class engineering rather than an afterthought. Most of the businesses we work with already run on established software — new intelligence has to meet it where it is.
Deploy & Evolve
Production is the beginning, not the end. Systems are monitored, evaluated against real-world behaviour, and continuously iterated as the operating environment changes.

Dylan Marchingo is the founder of MarcTech, an Australian AI research and development group based on the Gold Coast. He is a licensed mortgage broker and the principal of Marchingo Financial, and serves as Chief Technology Officer across a group of Australian professional services businesses spanning finance, property and advisory.
